Many will wonder what is this team and where did they come from? Fact is they have never been as popular as they are now with a new sponsor. Indeed, newly renamed, Israel Premier Tech Roland is one of the team to look forward in 2023 but how did they do in 2022?
Tamara Dronova-Balabolina
Tamara Dronova-Balabolina has been one of my favourite rider through out the season. Finishing 8th and 14th in Gent and Dwaars, 2 races that suit her sprinter capabilities, she accumulated a total of 396 points after finishing in De Brabantse Pijl.
It is in the stage races that the girl from Russia made her mark.
She cost less in the Tour of Scandinavia and she was worth it. At 8 credits, she racked in the 5 th best total of 500 points. Best possible team stuff indeed.
Wtih ZERO points to show for in Itzulia, nothing would prelude as to what was going to happen next. And it started in France, a couple of top ten finish and being in the mix regularly got her the 22 best score with 214 points. But she did cost 10 credits.

Shari Bossuyt
Tamara Dromova
Emilia Fahlin
Anouska Koster
Julie Van De Velde
Megan Jastrab
5080 points, 98 credits
Though she maintained her form in the Simac Tour, her 14th best overall with 290 points failed to secure her a place at the table best. Her 8 coins in Romandie was not a total waste neither with 145 points and the 20th best.
Verdict 2023: She is one to look forward to with some top 10 placing possible in sprints behind the likes of Wiebes and Balsamo
Petra Stiasny
Breakthrough rider in the Tour of Romandie, she actually gave signs of her potential and it started right up in Itzulia. Totaling 66 points for 4 credits, she earned the best 25 overall and as a matter of fact a place in the best possible team.

After earning just 40 points in the Giro Donne, She finished outside time limit in the opening stage of the tour before crashing out in Spain. And then Romandie happened and the rest is history. She beat the impressive Elise Uijen as the best 4 coin rider and a place in the best possible team.
