AG Insurance – NXTG Team

The Dutch team is now weirdly refered to as Quick Step’s sister team.
The coming season is full of ambitions for the AG Insurance – NXTG Team as they welcome Ashley Moolman- Pasio, the only rider to have beaten Annemiek Van Vleuten in a mountain stage in 2022. (More of the new transfers in seperate posts later). 
The team is still awaiting world tour promotion but they do have a decent basic team from 2022 that they could count on.Julia Borgström (4) : she only cost 4 points, but the Swedish sprinter did most of the work by bringing 126 points out of the total  150 points in the first race of the season(Gent-Wevelgem). 
Her strength lies in her sprint.
Verdict 2023: the main team sprinter. She might not be to the level of winning races yet, but her affordable prices might be a good return for a rider that regularly feature in top 10 finish in stage races sprints

Ally Wollaston(4)
O points in the superclassico but there is more to that! Won the GP de Morbihan which did not feature in Velogames, a Stage in the Lotto Belgium Tour, and 3rd in the final classification and 3 times 3rd in stages of the Ceratizit Bretagne Ladies Tour. 
At 21 years old only, the New Zealand runner up champion is one for the future!Verdict 2023: if she remains a 4 coiner, she has to be included whenever possible. Eline Van Rooijen (4) : 17th in Schelderpijs was all to show for in the women Classics but the 21 year one has more under her sleeve when it comes to stage races. 
She finished 3rd in the points classification in the Scandinavia tour.
Verdict 2023: another of the AG insurance gem whose price might go up if they get world tour status.Ilse Pluimers (4) the last of the points bearer of the team in the women classics. 
She brought in 96 points courtesy of her 23rd place in Paris- Roubaix. 
At 20, she has the world in front of her.Verdict 2023: She needs to continue on her progressive path in 2023 to be considered.
