Liv Racing Xstra
The Dutch-based team owes most of its best results of the season to formidable sprinter, Rachele Barbieri. With zero wins to show for 2022, Liv Racing Xstra went big by signing Mavi Garcia from Team UAE for next season. Sadly, they will also have to deal with the departure of Canadian rider Alison Jackson.
Rachele Barbieri
It is no surprise that the Italian expert track rider was the most valuable velogames rider for the team in 2022.
At just 6 credit points, the Italian brought in 606 points from her 6th place in Dwaars Van Vlaanderen and 3rd at Scheldeprijs. 2 out of the 4 classics races she started.
Impressively, she finished in the Velogames best possible team in 2 of the 3 stages races she participated.
She cost 6 credits in Ride London Classique and brought back the 10th best total of 218 points.
Her 6 credits price tag at the Giro Donne also got her in the best possible team even with the 17th best total of 360 points.
It could have been 3 in 3 for the Italian but her Stage 8 DNS in the Tour de France Femmes played a huge part in denying her a hat trick. Veronica Ewers (333) and Evita Muzic (397) both at 8 credits made the team at her expense of 301 points.

Verdict 2023: She will receive the full backing of her team with A.Jackson gone. She will be delivered to the front in sprints. Multiple podium placings assured at least.
Marta Jaskulska
Get familiar with the young Polish name. She scored in 3 out of the 6 classics races she started. 19th at Dwaars Door Vlaanderen (108 points), 11th Scheldeprij (180pts +20 assists) and 21th at De Brabantse Pijl brought in a decent 398 points for a rider costing 6 credit points.
Verdict 2023: She will use 2022 as experience in the stage races that she participated to make a better impact in stage races in 2023.
Valerie Demey
13th in Gent Weveldem and 21st in Paris Roubaix classifies her more as more of cobble riders. for 6 credit points, she brought in 327 points.
Verdict 2023: The Belgian took a very interesting 3rd place in Sweden managing to hold off a peloton sprint won by Wiebes.
Alison Jackson
As harsh it might looks, the Canadian had a deceiving season. With a price tag of 10 credits, she has nothing to show for in the classics expcept for the 210 VG points she brought from Paris -Roubaix
While she did not race any grand tours, she had some decent performances towards the end of the season in Scandinavia and Simac Tour’s.
While her 283 points in the Scandinavia was the 13th best, she managed to finish as the 6th most valuable rider in the the Simac Ladies tour. But this is where it gets interesting and shows all the beauty of Velogames and Women cycling. Her high price of 14 credits cost her a place of the best team table compared to a handful of riders who earned less than her but cost only 8 to 10 points.
Verdict 2023: She will facing a new challenge at EF education and might enjoy not having to bear the whole weight of responsibilty of performance
Tereza Neumanova
The 22nd year old has been handed sprinting responsibilities when Rachele Barbieri was absent.
Priced at 6 credits, she brought in the 25th best score in the Women Tour with 167 points. Far from the best possible team but 7th best 6 coins.
At the Vuelta she was too overpriced for the 60 points she brought in.
Verdict 2023: Her presence in a team like Liv Racing will deny her the possibility of being a 4 coiners. Was it to happen and Rachele Barbieri busy on the tracks. There should be no second thoughts.
